Our Story

Thrive began with a simple observation: people get lost in systems not built for them. Founder Markus Odom transformed lived experience navigating bureaucracies into a nonprofit dedicated to moving obstacles out of the way. Today, Thrive with Odom Foundation Inc. stands as a registered 501(c)(3) public charity committed to making systems transparent and accessible.

What We Do

• Coaching and navigation: One-on-one and small group support to translate complex processes into clear next steps.
• Systems literacy: Practical guides and workshops that demystify forms, benefits, and digital tools.
• Community partnerships: Collaborations that connect people to resources and reduce duplication of effort.
